Coco is a former French model and graduate of a leading business school who left a promising career in law to devote herself fully to yoga and holistic well-being. Her journey with mindful movement began in Uruguay 15 years ago and has since evolved into a deeply personal approach — grounded in elegance, mindfulness, and feminine strength. Now based in Portugal, she curates Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and sculpt-inspired practices created especially for women 40+. Her method blends the purity of traditional Eastern yoga with the contemporary sophistication she absorbed in the US and UK — an experience that leaves women feeling both grounded and uplifted.
Her style goes far beyond classical yoga. Coco weaves together Pilates-inspired toning, functional fitness movements, and subtle dance-like transitions that add rhythm, fluidity, and joy to every session. For the past 10 years, Coco has hosted luxury retreats across Europe, welcoming more than 300 yogis into transformative, serene spaces where movement, beauty, and inner renewal come together. I never teach a general yoga class, it is always based on individual needs and intention. You will
not find here only one style, one tradition or one technique of yoga: because everyone is different, I know that it requires different approaches to meet your needs.
I want your yoga mat to be your safe and sacred place, I want you to feel that you are landing home when you step on your mat and feeling home in your body when you leave the practice. One movement, One breath, connecting mind and body.
